Shipping Policy
Our aim at Holiday Sipsters is to ensure your package is delivered safely and on time. We have partnered with the best carriers for optimum result, whether its domestic or international destinations.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.
Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.
We are extremely busy during Christmas season thanks to your amazing support, and we’re working as hard as we can to ensure your orders will arrive on time.
Please keep in mind, every order requires at least 3-5 days of processing time before it leaves our warehouse. Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed.
We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control.
